EnSo-Impact travelled to Warsaw this week to attend the 5th International Rebuild Ukraine – a two day conference that brought together government officials, industry leaders, energy and construction experts, municipalities, international organisations, investors, and technology companies — creating a unique platform for meaningful dialogue and practical cooperation.
Trevor Rees was invited to sit on a panel of experts for the Unlocking Capital in Ukraine’s Energy Sector: Calibrating the needs of Innovators and Investors panel. The panel discussed how Innovate Ukraine is accelerating and contributing to the reconstruction of Ukraine’s Energy sector. Trevor and his fellow Innovate Ukraine partners showcased Innovate Ukraine’s projects and shared their reflections on the international collaboration taking place between the Ukraine and the UK.
Speaking on the same panel Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Andarak discussed the consequences of Russian attacks on energy facilities, the needs for restoring affected infrastructure, and ensuring stable passage through the winter.
